⚠️ DRAFT — NOT YET LEGAL ADVICE. This is a solid starting draft written to fit how BodhiTree OS actually works, but it is not a substitute for a qualified solicitor. Before you publish it or take a single payment, have a UK tech/SaaS solicitor review it (a fixed-fee review is usually a few hundred pounds and worth it). Fill in every

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and us and govern your use of the BodhiTree OS website, applications, and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BodhiTree OS is software that runs an autonomous, multi-agent "AI engineering company" to help you plan and build software projects. Key things to understand:
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
[SUPPORT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorised access. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL].
Except where required by law (including your statutory rights as a consumer), fees already paid
are non-refundable. Our full refund and cancellation policy is available at
[REFUND POLICY URL] and forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to: - break any law, or infringe anyone's rights (including intellectual-property or privacy rights); - create, or attempt to create, anything relating to child sexual abuse material, terrorism, human trafficking, or non-consensual intimate imagery — these are absolutely prohibited and we will refuse and may report such activity; - develop malware, or carry out unauthorised access, attacks, or fraud; - resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted; - reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or proprietary models, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; - probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security or rate-limiting; or - misrepresent your identity or your authority to act.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
The Service, including its software, the underlying orchestration and models we own, design, text, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your plan. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service can connect to third-party AI providers and other services. If you supply your own API keys, your use of those providers is governed by their terms and billed by them, and any prompts or data you send through your own keys may be visible to those providers. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend the Service for maintenance or for legal or security reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law (including your statutory consumer rights).
To the fullest extent permitted by law: - we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; and - our total liability arising out of or related to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in that period, or (b) £100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or where necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (for example 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 18) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or in the app). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, and mandatory consumer protections of your home country still apply.
